Glad you sent this because I was going to call for the correction. Joshua did take care of me and not Joseph. Joshua was the one who greeted me and advised me of my vehicle needs and getting me out quickly and not having to wait. I appreciate all he did and he needs to score a 10 on everything. He is a great service adviser I will schedule my next appointment with him.
