I am a senior citizen and use a walker. Every time I have been at this dealer for service and purchasing my car EVERYONE has bee sooooooo nice and helpful. Everything was explained. I promised I would drop off the 2nd key fob of my trade-in. As luck would have it I got the trade-in fob mixed up with the fob for my new car and dropped off the wrong one and drove away to do my errands !!!!!!!!! Wondered why my car would not turn off when I got to the post office. Called Jenkins Kia and explained my situation. They sent someone out with in 15 minutes with my fob.
