I have been coming to the dealer since I purchased the car in 2016 and never have been through what I experienced in my last visit. Turned out that Service Specialist Ashley made me wait longer than neede car in 2016 and never have been through what I experienced in my last visit. Turned out that Service Specialist Ashley made me wait longer than needed. I had an appointment at 8 am and I was there since 7:30. My car did not get moved until 8:15 then almost 2 hours later, Ashley came and showed me what I the tech recommended and I declined so she said that she was going to close the ticket and come back. However she decided to check in 2 other vehicles and made me wait even longer. I even asked joe much more time I had to wait to get checked out. Then, she forgot to give me the service cost shown online and when I presented to the cashier they wanted to speak to her and again she took long and I just told the cashier I could not wait any longer. Bought from Jenkins Nissan before. Bought a used Nissan with a warranty. Check engine light was on and evaluation determined the coat to fix everything was more than I already owe on t Bought a used Nissan with a warranty. Check engine light was on and evaluation determined the coat to fix everything was more than I already owe on the car. Also, there was no service check done before I bought it even though that's a requirement. We got a minimum of the service requests completed...a new belt and a fuse to get the check engine light to turn off and the rear driver side blinker to work. It still doesn't work right. It's electrical not fuse or a new bulb issue. More
