The service appointment went well. It did take longer than I expected but it was a weekend so I understand the slowdown on that day. Experienced hiccups in ordering correct parts and it took days longer than anticipated. When we first called to schedule because our car was towed into this shop, it took 3 calls as they kept putting us on days longer than anticipated.
