The staff the greeted me and instructed me were excellent. They were polite and informative. They represented the dealership in a positive way. The young woman who took my payment did not repre excellent. They were polite and informative. They represented the dealership in a positive way. The young woman who took my payment did not represent well. She would not give me a direct answer to my question. She was dismissive. Another person in line spoke up to answer my question.
