I went for an oil change at 1 pm did not leave the dealership until almost 5:30 pm. I had 4 tires replaced last year and that took almost 4 hours as well. So I try to get another service center (Walmart, Sam's or Goodyear) to secure the flap, because it is hanging when I drive. So it drags. Very aggravating! More
