On my previous visit they ordered a recall part for my truck. It came in but they never called me. It showed in the Advisors computer that it was there but they had used it on someone else's truck. So now truck. It came in but they never called me. It showed in the Advisors computer that it was there but they had used it on someone else's truck. So now mine is on backorder with no estimated time it will be in stock. My truck is shifting like s@%t but I guess my vehicle is not important. I could understand if they called and I never went and had it installed but this is BS. More
