3.5 hours for a oil change. Noon apt. Time for there 11:40am. Done 3:15pm. I bought 2 cars at Jenkins Mitz. I moved to Leesburg. Service. Very disappointed in how long it took for a simple oil change. Had a morning appointment on 12/21, after driving 50 minutes to the dealership, they s Very disappointed in how long it took for a simple oil change. Had a morning appointment on 12/21, after driving 50 minutes to the dealership, they said it would take about 3 hours. No! Made another morning appointment for 12/29/22. Again after 50 minute drive I was told it would be about 3 hours. It took 3 hours and 45 minutes. NO ONE has time to waste for this simple 10 - 15 minute process. I’ve lost 7 hours of my life I’ll never get back and approximate $40 in gasoline. I asked if they would comp it, nope. No thanks, I highly doubt I’ll ever be back for service here. Beware! More
