Always go to Jenkins for my oil changes. Great price and service. Highly recommend. They always have coupons too to help with the bigger repairs which is wonderful. I brought my truck in for an oil change, brake fluid replacement, and key fob programming (remote start fobs). The dealership did the first two services, but could not finished programming my fobs becau replacement, and key fob programming (remote start fobs). The dealership did the first two services, but could not finished programming my fobs because they needed a code off the box. (This was not their fault, and I don't assign blame for this.) They charged me for all three services. They told me to return at a later date and they would finished programming my key fobs. I returned several days later and they finished programming the fobs. However, they charged me a second time for the programming service. When I questioned my advisor about this second charge, she told me they did not charge for the programming the first time. I returned home and found my paperwork showing where I was charged twice for the same work. I had to return to the dealership for a third trip to get a refund. Was this an accident? Possibly. But it has damaged my faith in this dealership and the people that work there. More

I have zero patience. I have been spoiled my entire life by one dealership in PA. With that said, the team did their BEST to make me feel comfortable. When I walked out I was very satisfied with the dealership, my purchase as well as Dakota (sales) and Ty (finance). I would also like to thank Al Miller and I believe the GM (Paul I believe) for talking to me as well. Goes to show the entire team is customer friendly. My wife Leslie and I were looking for a Pathfinder, and saw one online we really liked. We called Jenkins Nissan, and JP said that he would have the vehicle waiting for us when we arrived from Orlando. Upo saw one online we really liked. Upon our arrival, JP introduced us to Damian Fernandez, who showed us the vehicle, and gave us a test drive. He was most informative, and knowledgeable about the vehicle, and made it very easy for us to decide to buy the vehicle. He and the staff were very flexible with working out a price for the vehicle that was acceptable, and accepting our pre approved financing. From the time we walked into the dealership, to the time we left, Damian was most professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase. More
We have been Jenkins Nissan customers for over 4 years. We take our vehicle to get serviced there every time it needs it’s service done. I took my vehicle on 7/25/20 to repair or replace the right rear t We take our vehicle to get serviced there every time it needs it’s service done. I took my vehicle on 7/25/20 to repair or replace the right rear tire because it had been leaking. I was told the tire would be patched. I picked up the car and when I got home I realized nothing had been done because the tire still had the same nail on the same spot that was not patchable. The service techs supposedly patched the tire when it was not patchable, I paid $15 for the patch on tires I bought last year that were under warranty, i don’t mind paying for the service but I mind paying for service that was not done at all. I took the car on 8/3/20 to try and solve the issue again. I arrived at 11am to the dealership, I told service advisor Anthony that the tire needed to be replaced because on 7/25/20 they charged me for a patch on the tire that wasn’t even patchable. I was told they couldn’t do anything else but give me a replacement tire for half the price under my “warranty”. This was the worst service I have experienced because apart from the fact that I was charged for a service that was not done I was also at the dealership for 4 hours to replace a single tire. Currently I feel taken advantage of and untrusting of the services being provided by Jenkins Nissan. The techs need to take better look at what they are doing and they need to value their customer’s time and loyalty. More
