This was the best experience I have ever had with a service department. Ronnie was amazing! He took my call and walked me through everything I needed to do to get my tire replaced. He checked my warr service department. Ronnie was amazing! He took my call and walked me through everything I needed to do to get my tire replaced. He checked my warranty to make sure replacing the tire was covered before anything was done with it. I had a warning light on my car and he thankfully told me how to fix that. When I got to the dealership the next day to get the new tire put on my car I asked about scheduling an oil change and a maintenance appointment. Ronnie checked and I was able to get those done right then. I had told him about a long trip I had coming up over the weekend so he made sure my car was good to go! I will be asking for Ronnie every time I have a need for an appointment. He was very kind, efficient and didn't mind that I needed someone to walk me through everything that I needed to do. He gets top ratings in my book! More
