Service was great 👍... the only problem I had was with returning to have pinstripes and windows tinting (which I understood it was included in the add on) I was told the pinstripes was included but not th returning to have pinstripes and windows tinting (which I understood it was included in the add on) I was told the pinstripes was included but not the window tinting. The service was trully evceptional and the new location is great the atmosphere was Awsome and it was sooooo clean. Some one always wiping things down and the furniture is so nice. My wife and I are new to the area and her infinity needed a service. We called your dealership and asked if you can service her infinity. He said absolutely bring it in. We had an appointment at 7 AM on Frid a service. We called your dealership and asked if you can service her infinity. He said absolutely bring it in. We had an appointment at 7 AM on Friday we arrived at 6:55 and we were greeted by to service managers. We explain the work that we wanted done. They went over it very carefully discussed the pricing and how long it would take for the car to be serviced. They offered us refreshments and the dealership was exceptionally clean. COVID-19 practices were in place. Darren was the service tech who worked on our car. We felt that the car even came back cleaner then when we dropped it off. Darren did an outstanding job. There’s not one negative thing that we could say about the steelership and the service that we received. As we get further into the review Darren was the only name that I had. But the job well done should be everyone at the dealership More

Service was exceptional! My sales person, Yokasta, called the day before and apologized she wouldn’t be there that day, but if I had any problems with service to please call her. The morning of service I arr the day before and apologized she wouldn’t be there that day, but if I had any problems with service to please call her. The morning of service I arrived on time and they took me immediately. They answered all my questions and told me how long I could expect to wait. They completed the service within that time frame, answered all my questions and explained what they had done. I was very very pleased with the service. More
