I took my 2018 Murano in for the 36000 mile service. I did not purchase this car at this location having lived in another state at that time. I do want to mention that I called first and Christine & Lisa did not purchase this car at this location having lived in another state at that time. I was given an appointment for the next day, but was told I could bring it and leave it and I should speak to Johnnie Dyous in Service. The drive is just over an hour for me. I was greeted by Johnnie upon arrival. Not only did he jump right into action, but he managed to get my car right into comprehensive diagnostic testing immediately. I mentioned to him that just that morning, a horrific noise developed during my drive over. He didn't say I'd have to make a separate appointment to have that assessed, he told me they'd check it out! Within half an hour after leaving, I received a call from Johnnie with pictures sent to my phone and details of what was needed. We discussed options and decided on what would be serviced for this visit and what could wait. Mind you, I wanted to have a "factory detail" service on my car since it's been a while. I returned today to find my car looking like a floor model inside and out. Johnnie opened the hood and explained what was done and went over the notes in the paperwork as well. I drove away quite pleased and impressed. This experience was well worth the drive. I will return to Jenkins Nissan of Leesburg. Thanks for great service! More
