Scheduled oil change appointment As always I was greeted right away by Ted and Tom. My appointment was for 2:00 PM and my vehicle was taken back at 1:50 when I arrived. Had an appt, service folks took my car right away as I had bad battery and could not turn the engine off. Also performed a software upgrade. In and out in 1.5 hrs which is what the Service rep said.
