Well , whee do I start? I had an appointment for 12.20pm on Monday 10 April for an oil change only. I arrive a 12.01pm greeted by Robin who was very nice, I told her I was t I had an appointment for 12.20pm on Monday 10 April for an oil change only. I arrive a 12.01pm greeted by Robin who was very nice, I told her I was there for an oil change and I do not want any of my settings reset as I had already done that, in the conversation I said I hope it wouldn’t take too hours like it did the last time; Robin said I won’t lie to you it’s fining tone at least too and a half hours FOR AN OIL CHANGE!!!!, unless I want to do a gear oil change then it would only take one and a half hours!!!!. Any way let’s just cut to the chase here… I set in the waiting room for THREE HOURS TWENTY FIVE HOURS… for an oil change. As I mentioned before, I ask not to have my setting reset…. Not only do the service tech reset the oil and tire settings he also played with my tire pressures now I have four different tire pressures…. And later that Erving I noticed that my lights were changed to off from auto and I was driving around without any lights on. Now to cut this long story short. I doubt that I will ever buy another Nissan from that or any other store I don’t ever think that I will ever have my oil changed at that location again. I don’t know how you live your lives but with travel time I spent five hours of my life getting an oil change, Well done upper Nissan management … YOU HAVE JUST LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER, and no I won’t recommend you to anybody I know or strangers that might ask my what I think about your service standard operating procedures.
