Great overall experience. Purchased a GM Certified vehicle. Vehicle had minor scratched and hail damage when I first looked at it. We had seen a Suburban online and were in the area due to a family vacation, we called Jennings requested a test drive and told them we would be there in 30 minute Suburban online and were in the area due to a family vacation, we called Jennings requested a test drive and told them we would be there in 30 minutes. When we arrived, the vechicle was sitting out front, washed, and ready for the drive. Not only were we taking the suburban for a test drive we were doing it with our 4 children (under the age of 6). Jerry Perberg and the Jennings "crew" were helpful and the kids had fun with them too. Jerry was even nice enough to come and handle paper work in the toy room so that I could stay with the kids and still sign all paper work needed. The crew at Jennings was great and would recommend them and will look them up when I need a different/new vechicle. It would be worth the 3 hour drive to work with this group again. More

When it came to the final numbers Kiwon was honest and forthright and Davis efficiently completed all the paperwork in a very relaxed manner. They made buying a car fun and very enjoyable. All the staff was friendly, helpful and fun to be around. Very impressive was the fact that after we had purchased the car Jerry noticed something wrong and had it repaired. Then because it was taking so long to repair he sent us to lunch and paid for it. I have been to nine other car dealers in my life, been recipient of poor and good service.
