From the moment I picked up the phone to discuss what I wanted Jennings Chevrolet and Dan Taylor and his team could not possibly of been any better! For a relatively small deal, this was not easy: Last minute title transfer, new first-time car buyer, out-of-state buyer, trade-in, budget restrictions and more, but they made it happen and I can actually say it was even fun! They were consistently upbeat and amazingly accommodating. I would recommend all of them and the dealership. SWEET. Took ALOT of time with me. Was unsure of or what car to buy. Actually I wanted to buy the Camaro but the wife wasn't haven't it, so had to made a more practical choice and went with the Impala. Didn car to buy. Paid more than I wished to spend, but have done that before with every Chevy I/we have bought and have learned to not regret it. So I hope that Chevy will relax me again. We worked with sales reps Lenny Hack and Fuad, and sales manager Ray Morris on the purchase of a used SUV. Everyone was very nice and straight forward regarding discussions about the vehicle. They even put it up on a lift for me to check it out. We came to an agreement on a price that was right at retail value with the understanding that the pull in the front end would be taken care of. They determined the pull was in the tires, so they ordered 2 new tires and gave us the paperwork to get them the following week. Davis De Treville handled the paperwork/payment. We discussed adding a warranty but never felt pressured to buy it. We returned to the service department to get the tires and Marc Gethner was nice and easy to deal with in getting the tires and alignment done. We found that 4 new tires had been authorized, so that turned out to be a pleasant surprise. Completely satisfied with the results, no more pull. We did have to deal with some waiting around, but hey, buying a used vehicle isn't a bang bang process. Lenny followed up through the entire process, even on his day off, to make sure we were happy.
