She was shopping around at different dealerships and decided to come back to Jennings because she had purchased her other car there. Immediately upon entering the showroom we started to look around at cars. We approached a saleswomen in the showroom to ask a few questions. She then took us to her office and from that point on we were treated with the highest quality of professionalism. My mother being an elderly person, had serious trepidation about the idea of spending money for a new car and the whole process of doing so. Debbie, put my mother at great ease with her warmth and great sense of humor. The entire process of buying the car from Debbie, to the final paper work with the accountant went smoothly and without a hitch. I really can't say enough great things about our experience at Jennings! We will definitely be back in the future. More
The sales associate told me in the beginning of the visit as I was looking over the car that he would let the body shop fix a certain rust spot on the vehicle. Also, he did say that every sales associate sells any car with a full tank of fuel. After we negotiated the price and paid for the vehicle I was sold with a 3/4 tank of fuel and with the rust spot he said he would talk to the body shop about. Other than that my experience was gret. I was looking for an HHR to use for our companies delivery service. I had a $3500 rebate for the purchase of a new HHR. Unfortunately, their were only four left in entire country. I found one at J delivery service. I had a $3500 rebate for the purchase of a new HHR. Unfortunately, their were only four left in entire country. I found one at Jennings, called up and spoke to Chris Hallenberg. The vehicle was exactly what I was looking for, the only problem being we were about five hours from his location. Chris informed me this wasn't an issue and could have it delivered to me for $250. As a GM distributer, I qualified for the supplier discount. I registered and recieved my password but since my company was purchasing the vehicle, my supplier discount was not eligible. Chris said no problem and sold it to me at the supplier discount anyway. Ultimately I purchased the vehicle thru a wire transfer and he had it delivered the next day. Upon recieving the vehicle, I got a call from Chris wondering if I liked the vehicle. That was very classy in itself, but when he informed me he was going to send me a $500 Lowes, quite frankly, I was blown away. Here is a guy who already discounted my price to supplier solely because I was having difficulties with the code. On top of that, he already made the sale and still informed me I would recieve a gift card. His kindness, patience, and intelligence were far more than I've ever recieved from a salesman. I would highly recommend anyone to use Chris when purchasing a car. He is a different breed when it comes to the "normal" car salesman. By far, the best salesman I have ever came across. More

We were referred to Jerry Perberg by a young man in the parking lot of the dealership on a Sunday aternoon. This young father had just purchased a car from Jennings and we were thinking about it. We had parking lot of the dealership on a Sunday aternoon. This young father had just purchased a car from Jennings and we were thinking about it. We had not yet decided between the Ford Escape or the Buick Enclave or the Chevy Equinox. We had visited the lots of all three to see the cars and pricing, but this young man helped us decide to try Jennings first. He said Jerry was great to work with and gave him a very good deal, he felt. The next weekend we decided to test drive. Not the equinox but perhaps the Traverse, it's bigger brother. We asked for Jerry once we were greeted in the showroom and the salesman easily brought us over to Jerry. We discussed cars and features and Jerry introduced us to our first ride in the Traverse. My husband and I both drove while Jerry conversed with us from the back seat. Nice car! We didn't want Jerry to think we were too eager and wanted to discuss things between ourselves, so we asked Jerry about financing and planned on leaving. There were no catalogs on the Traverse in the showroom, so Jerry offered to bring one and drop it off at our home on Monday. What a great guy! No pressure, pleasant time...everyone in the showroom seemed to have a happy positive attitude. Customers and sales people alike. It was the end of the month and end of year for 2011's and Jennings was busy. We looked again at the Fords but Jennings had such a great reputation among the people we knew and Jerry was so forthright, informative, and easy to deal with, so we went back to Jennings and Jerry to see what kind of deal we could get. As it turned out the blue Traverse with the features we wanted was proing elusive. My husband and I along with my son and his girlfriend scoured the internet finding the model I wanted to have and we gave Jerry our expectations. He tried all his resources but could not exactly find my blue car so we started entertaining the thought of a black granite one. We spoke with Jerry, and then Dion, his sales manager, who was very also very professional and comfortable to deal with. They not only gave us a good price and trade in value for our used cars, but they allowed for my dissappointment in not being able to provide us with a blue Traverse with sunroof and other features we could not live without. We then sat with the Jenning's business manager, another snappy looking, friendly, happy, professional who made us quite at home while we discused warrantee packages. No hard pressure, just information and dollars and cents options. Once the deal as done, Dion came out in the parking lot just to shake our hands and welcome us as Jennings Preferred Customers. Another sales rep beamed at us and wished us a wonderful time in our new car. Jerry came out and took his time carefully explaining all the features of our new car. He welcomed us back anytime with any questions about anything. This was probably the best car buying experience my husband and I ever had. And if we find outselves in the parking lot of Jennings on a Sunday afternoon, and see a couple wandering around...we'll be sure to mention that Jerry Perberg provided us with a satisfactory and solid car buying experience...product, people, pricing. Debbie makes the car buying experience fun. After buying a Chevy from her last August, 2010, we came back in March to buy another car from her. While purchasing the second vehicle for my father, who got the a Chevy from her last August, 2010, we came back in March to buy another car from her. While purchasing the second vehicle for my father, who got the flu the day of buying, Debbie did everything she could to expedite the transaction and make him as comfortable as possible. The dealership and Debbie are really caring people. The dealership goes out of its way to make the experience easy. Anne Hufnus More
purchased 2 2011 chevy equinox's I'll start out with the good and then finish with the bad. worked w/ Steve knowledge of the car was excellent. Steve then worked w/ Andy and got me the best possible price t good and then finish with the bad. worked w/ Steve knowledge of the car was excellent. Steve then worked w/ Andy and got me the best possible price they presented everything in writing to me no hard sell like I received from Golf Mill Ford. Bob in Finnace got me a nice rate with 1 car the other I bought outright. Steve the set me up with my cars set up the phones went over all the all the options it was at the end of the night by the time it was done everyone had gone and it was raining so it was a little rushed but I didn't have a problem with it. OVERALL first experience of buying the car was GREAT! Now the next day I end up with a flat tire I picked up a nail I believe at Jennings because they are remodeling the entire dealership. I bring it in I find Steve he tells the service manager Mark they repair it and order me a new tire call me in a day tire is replaced great job. This was just the start of things to come with this car. I drive the car for a couple of weeks I love it! Now the engine light comes on and the car stalls I end up getting the car going and limp it to Jennings, I see Jeff in service he hooks me up with a loaner for a day checks it all out repairs it and I'm on my way again. I drive the car for a weekand it stalls again and I limp in again to Jennings. I see Jeff hooks me up with a loaner again but this time they fix it and test drive it for a week to see if they can set it off it's fine and I get it back. I drive it one day and it happens again I see Jeff and the loaner again. this time they test drive it for 2 weeks and give it back to me. I get it back and it does it again so it's a total of 4 engine lights with 4 differant codes. Now it's considered a lemon and they go with the process with GM to get me a new car. during this time I'm still driving a loaner. But now my wife's car has the stall with the engine light I guess it's the same problem that I had with mine the first time. Now I have Mark & Rick working on my wife's car they reserch it and find a memo how to correct the problem that came out a month after mine occured. Now we are driving 2 loaners. They test drive my wife's car for a week or 2 and haven't had a problem since. Now I'm driving the loaner and waiting on the new car. Now Rick calls me and says the sales manager Deano Fain wants me to turn in my loaner and drive the lemon till the new car comes in. How many times do I need to get hit with a baseball bat their is a reason I'm getting a new car. By this time my new car is getting closer I'm starting to deal with GM I explain what is happening GM calls me back in 5 minutes says stay in loaner they will contact Jennings. My dealigs with GM were excellent I dealt with a Kristen and another women. During this time and currently I'm dealing with my mother's failing health. My mother is my biggest concern the car is just an annoyance. But to put me into a bad car with the my mothers failing health was not a smart move by Jennings. My expirence with Deano Fain the guy should be fired but I know that won't happen because he propably saves Jennings money but really loses Jennings money in the end by people not coming back. The guy puts blam on on other people where he is the person responable. If this was my last experince with Jennings I would never go back and put on a compain to other people not to buy from Jennings. But Andy and Steve saved the day when my car finally came in they covered most of my loses. Because I financed my car I lost some money because of interest. But really GM/JENNINGS covered me because I was always in a car during my problem cars. Nobody wins with a problem car and things happen today with all the electronics involved the true precision elements of the car are compromised. If Steve and Andy are there when I purchase a new car again I would buy from Jennings. If those people are gone and Deano Fain is there I would not buy from Jennings. Steve and Andy should be applauded for their hard work they did for me! If not for my experience with Deano I would have given Jennings an excellent across the board. Deal with Steve and Andy and there service was excellent too. Mark Allison Glenview IL More
Debbie is the best! We have bought our last 3 cars from her and so long as she continues to work there, I will continue to buy from them. She has gone above and beyond and helped us track down the last car we needed as they were out of stock. They had it shipped in from a different dealership from Tennessee. At first, we couldn't find it anywhere, but Debbie kept on it (even without our urging) and called us a couple of weeks later when what we needed became available. I really can't say enough great things about our experience here and it's due in a very large part to the service we get from Debbie Ress. More
