My name is Phil Grana and in June of 2009 i bought one of the first 2010 Camaro's that was sold. The car is absolutely great, i love it! The service department at Jennings is without a doubt the worst i ha the first 2010 Camaro's that was sold. The car is absolutely great, i love it! The service department at Jennings is without a doubt the worst i have ever dealt with during the purchase of over 25 new cars during my lifetime. the actual list of problems is much longer than i am willing to write down but here are a few. 1) I took delivery on a cloudy day and did not notice the deep swirl marks from where your service tech had wet sanded the car. they were very prevelant and i took the car to a detailer who spent 8 hours repairing the damage and charged me 300 dollars. when i told the salesman about this he said he would request a reimbursement be paid back to me from GM. Needless to say i have never recieved the funds. 2) During the first month of ownership i had to return to the service department 13 times, many of which were never recorded so i could show the service writer damage to wheels caused by your service technician. This was damage that had nothing to do with my initial visit, I would bring the car in for a loose headliner drive home and find the wheels damaged. Get back in my car drive back to the dealership, report this additional damage and wait for another repair to be scheduled for damaged wheels. This hapenned 3 times to 3 different wheels! I have way too many individual examples of poor work but i will give you another example. 3) I took the car in for the TPS warning giving a false reading on my tires 5 times! One of these times i waited more than 5 hours while a techinician was working at a repair only to have the tech drive past me in the parking lot to say "well i am going to eat dinner" This while i am waiting for a repair to be completed??? I have no problem with your sales group or service writers, they seem as frustrated as i am with the service department.They are trying to achieve customer approval. I have never experienced a worse dealership and i buy a lot of cars and trucks, at least 2 every 2 years. I make sure everyone i know hears about the Jennings seervice department every chance i get. thanks god for Stasek in wheeling, i will never return for anything to your dealership fearing what damage you may cause to my vehicles by your absolute negligance. Am pleased with the overall service. It is quite good. There was a billing error which was immediately corrected. I have a choice of going to Wheeling or Glenview...they are about the same distance and I There was a billing error which was immediately corrected. I visited both dealerships and was hardly given the time of day at the Wheeling dealership. Suffice to say I did not get my car serviced there. My only suggestion? I would appreciate a loaner if the service is going to be more than a couple of hours. I have taken the time to do this survey because I liked the overall experience. Ken Ward has been very helpful. He even took the time to hand dry my car after the wash. it was close to 11PM. Whenever I have a problem or have a question, I know I can call on Ken in the Service Department to handle it for me. He sets up an appointment and is always right there when I bring the car in.He is frie can call on Ken in the Service Department to handle it for me. As always, Chris was extremely thorough and helpful. My Uplander had a few things going on - turned out all to be the same slight problem. My car was totalled in an accident and I need to get a car quickly. My husband and I looked at a few other dealerships and we were disappointed with the service - we were either bombarded the minute we wa car quickly. My husband and I looked at a few other dealerships and we were disappointed with the service - we were either bombarded the minute we walked in the door or we couldn't get anybody to help us. I have been coming to Jennings for years for oil changes/maintenance on my other car and I have always been happy with the service. That's why we decided to go with Jennings in the first place, I wanted to be able to continue to come here for the courteous and helpful service I got every time I bring my car in. From the moment we walked onto the showroom we were treated like family - we needed to take the time to look around to see what was available without any pressure and we were given that courtesy. At the time we were leaning toward a used car. Larry quickly got us a listing of all the used cars available within our price range; he went through all of the pros and cons of a used vs. a new car, but he did not push us to get a new one...his main goal was to show us what WE wanted to see and he listened to what we were looking for and showed us a few options. He let us take a few cars out for a long test drive and over the next few days talked to my husband and I several times to weigh our options. He must have cleared the snow off of a total of 5 cars to show us and have us test drive and one time he went to a different lot, brushed off the car and drove it back to the dealership just so I could see the color of the car. This was so helpful because I was undecided between 2 colors and I don't think I would have been as happy with the color I thought I wanted....after I saw it - I decided it against it. He knew it was important to me - he listened and did over and above what was needed to be done to be sure we left happy with every aspect of the car we bought. I recommend Jennings to EVERYBODY I know!! You guys are the epitome of Customer Service. In a day and age where more and more we deal with automated customer service...or people who read from a script it's so nice to deal with a company who actually listens to their customers:) More

My impala should have been checked out fully so I didn't have to come back.Yet, when I called Dion with the Onstar problem, he made an appointment, and got me a car to drive. I am hoping the problem will be fixed fast and I won't have to wait, wait. Did feel Debbie helped greatly explaining car to me, knew the car. Steve was most patient with my calls, and explaining also about the car. Job well done, except for the Onstar problem which should have been checked/fixed before car was delivered to me.Would reccommend all of these people to others for buying More
