Everyone was so helpful and informative. They explained things in detail for us and we did not feel pressured to make a decision. They explained things in detail for us and we did not feel pressured to make a decision. More

However he didn't have the car ready or cleaned for me, (even though he said it would all be ready for me via text enroute to dealership) and that ultimately affected how I bought the care in haste and left me feeling like I got some of the short end of the stick. Great guy though, enjoyed working with him and would again. Danny- straightforward. Again, built a relationship pretty strong in the short time he had. Made you feel welcome and important. He closed us. Unfortunately, he closed us without us looking at the line items. Again, that left us feeling we didn't get the deal we wanted. Our fault though for not being more assertive. Warranty guy. I work in sales, so I know not everyone is gifted in making relationships quickly. Unfortunately, he was not for you. He is one of the guys that knows the content so cold he ends up being cold. He unintentionally split my wife and I against each other saying I wanted it and she didn't. She was not a fan of that. He really tried but it wasn't happening there. The things that I wanted to go fast, didn't- waiting for car being brought up for me, waiting for financing, car being cleaned and ready to go. The things I wanted to go slow, went fast- going over the invoice and negotiating. But I assume those are both how a dealership ultimately does well! I would just have liked a little bit more on my side, and I should have stuck to my guns. On the car condition: I was told everything would be waiting for me when I got there- but the car wasn't up front. We had to wait 30mins after arriving to see the car because it was still in the garage tower and took time to get out. When Ali finally brought the car up, it was dirty. This could have been an oversight, or in hindsight it could have been intentional to hide some of the condition of the car. Either way, it just wasn't the best start. However, Ali was personable and courteous otherwise. We did enjoy working with him besides the above. The driver side door handle doesn't open all the time, the window is bent and makes a crack when rolled up, and there is a dent and mediocre touchups that we didn't see until it was cleaned up. We bought the car, but it is our fault and we regret that we didn't wait until it was clean to talk price. We signed before we saw it completely. That's on us, so good on you there. As far as the invoice and price- again, lack of transparency and really great sales tactics that were used. It is our fault that we rushed the negotiation/purchase verbally and didn't require to see how things were hidden in the invoice. Looking at the invoice later- the "split" that you get from a sales tax benefit from trading in the car- that confused us just enough to think we were getting a good deal for our trade and we lost at least $1k there. I will be wiser on that next time. And then we asked to take out the doc fees- they took them out as a line item but raised the price of the car beyond the price quoted- from $36k to 38k. So essentially we paid the doc fees. Nice. The car was used, so there are expectations that the condition is not perfect. But we ended up paying more than we wanted. There were 1000 more miles on the car than was advertised on the site, an unremovable scratch on windshield, door creaking when window rolls up, dent and paint touch ups- if I had seen/known all those things I would have wanted to pay less. So good on you for that for getting me to pay more than I wanted. Ultimately I paid 30,700 after my trade. I didn't realize until after that I didn't get what I wanted for my trade. Honestly, this would have all been 5 stars across the board if I paid just $2k less. I'm not sure if a dealership would rather the $1k or a great review and a return customer, but I know what I would want. Sometimes $1k is all it takes for someone to feel they got a deal, and to promote you all the way. More
Typical car dealer. The sales rep was nice throughout, but the manager got angry at my counter offers, which I assume was part of his sales tactics. The finance guy at closing was also apparently angry at the deal I got. I took delivery of the car in the evening and never got a walk-through or any review of a build sheet or checklist. I bought a Jeep, and the window sticker specifies a tool kit to remove the roof and doors, but I never received one despite contacting two different people the next day. I also never received a 2nd key despite being promised one. It's been almost a month. More
