They lied to me. Gave me a price for extended warranty and said it would have no interest. Realized 5 days later they added supposedly tax which changed the payment. I understand tax, but them don't tell me my payment amount without saying..... it will be X amount PLUS TAX. That was not said. I was told it would be $196.44 a month. Get notice and the payment is $210.20. I would have taken the car back and went somewhere else if I had realized within 3 days. I have called and asked to speak to the finance guy and 2 weeks later and finally got an email even though I asked for a phone call. Left 5 messages, even replied to the email and I don't even get the courtesy of a return call. And BTW, I paid CASH (OVER $43000) for my car so it isn't about the money it is about being LIED TO. I should have been able to trust what they said. Bad enough I paid $3000 dealer fee and never was told what I got for that. Apparently LoJack is one of the perks, but I found out on my own, no one explained or went over it with me. More
