Your salesman need to learn to listen to the customers wishes. I told him I already had financing thru GTE Credit Union. He made a couple of man-planning comments about buying a car, and I had to remind wishes. I told him I already had financing thru GTE Credit Union. He made a couple of man-planning comments about buying a car, and I had to remind him that this was not the first time I purchased a car and I knew what I was doing. He kept sending the wrong paperwork to the credit union prolonging completion of the deal. I was at the dealership four hours unnecessarily. Then your finance guy was texting me about not receiving the draft from the credit union. He should have been calling GTE, I found the car on Truecar.com.gte, I would think your finance person had a business contact with them to call instead of me. So no, this was not a good experience.Ya'll need to do better. I do love the car though. More

I think Caleb did a great job! I'd recommend him every day of the week. He has a really good understanding of what good customer service is. My suggestion for the dealership: Ditch the prehistoric haggling. For example, when I purchased my BMW in the past, there was a no-haggling policy. The price was what it was. Removing the need to haggle builds trust and removes the confrontational nature of the transaction. Just my two cents. More
