I bought a used 2017 F150. The transmission has failed and I called my salesman. He ghosted me with no return call. I drove this less than 500 miles and paid over 30K for the t The transmission has failed and I called my salesman. He ghosted me with no return call. I drove this less than 500 miles and paid over 30K for the truck. My transmission specialist thinks someone may have used a shutter fix fluid to temporarily halt the shutter. The truck only has 57K miles. No call back indicates to me that they dont care about customers after the sale. Very disappointed. I would never recommend this dealership. To be fair, I was offered an extended warranty buy declined this because of the cost.Update: My salesman returned my call a few days later and told me I’m on my own regarding this “AS-IS” sale. If this was a used car lot I would expect this result. I would expect more from a major Dealer and remain disappointed. More

Get to the customer immediately! 4) it took way too long to wait to process the paperwork. Small touches matter!!! So not a super bad experience but not one I could recommend to others. More
