The worst experience ever. Took over a month to get my payoff check mailed to my prior lender. Had to pay my car payment for that month because they took too long. They lied and and said it was mailed out when it wasn’t. It took them 3 weeks to send me a check for making my car payment. The 1st check sent was short. The 2nd check was made out to a completely different customer. (I know this because they emailed me a picture of the check for proof and that is when I told them that is not me). More

Finally the financial person from Louisiana tries to put the guilt trip on me when we said no to all the extra add ons . The last 2 people are why dealerships get such a bad name . More
