We were promised in and out in 45 minutes for paperwork. It took an hour and 45 minutes. My car had marks all over the hood so we had to make an appointment to fix that. Dropped the car off so we wouldn’t h It took an hour and 45 minutes. My car had marks all over the hood so we had to make an appointment to fix that. Dropped the car off so we wouldn’t have to wait. Came back next day and it wasn’t done properly so we were told to wait 10 minutes. An hour later we got my car back. Zero communication within the dealership and just all around bad service!! More
