Everything went smooth from start to finish. Alex was our sales person and he was fantastic. He made sure we understood the processes completely. When he told us the timeline for building our new Grand Cherokee I thought “there’s no way we’ll have a brand new vehicle that we custom built that quickly” but true to his word in under two months out jeep was at the dealership. The process of trading in our old jeep and getting the new one went fantastic. Once all of the paperwork was completed our new Grand Cherokee was waiting all cleaned up and spotless in a glass enclosed delivery room (great touch) Alex took the time to go over all of the features of the vehicle and even paired my wife’s phone to the vehicle as well. we could not be more pleased with all of the staff at Jerry Ulm, especially Alex.
