The one thing I would say is that intimate knowledge of the vehicles could be built on a little more (ie not realizing a feature was on the car that was being leased). However, this is something extremely minor and should not take away from the fact that Stephen exemplified excellent customer service - especially when he was unhappy with the wash that the Detailing department did.
