Traction control issue I usually have a good experience with Jerry Ulm. This time I had a 7:00 appointment on 8/23 was where I told my rep I was going to wait. Never received an update throughout the whole day. I had to ask at 2:30 what was the progress because I had to pick up my kids. I was given my key and told I could leave and they would email me my receipt of what was done. I have yet to receive that email. More
