No other dealer in the Tampa Teri city area I ultimately ended up at Jerry Ulm because the other Chrysler/ Dodge dealerships butchered my car. Every time I won’t to either Dayton Andrews in Clea I ultimately ended up at Jerry Ulm because the other Chrysler/ Dodge dealerships butchered my car. Every time I won’t to either Dayton Andrews in Clearwater which is near my job there was always a piece of trim damaged, rims had more scratches and finally when I went to get my spark plugs changed, wheel alignment, radiator flush, and my rear end serviced they returned my car damaged yet again however, this time my front driver side rim was cracked. Mind you these are not factory rims and when I asked to have it fixed not replaced just fixed the service manager never returned my call. So I finally talked to the service advisor that wrote the specs for the car to get serviced and he told me the service manager said no. So I had to pay out of my own pocket. To add injury to insult they did the service on the rear end and this undoubtedly caused the rear end to be come compromised, because when it was time to go in for another oil change the Service Advisor Alex informed me that the rear axles needed to be replaced and that this would be under warranty thankfully. Because of this they provided me with a rental car to get around in. Before I get to work Alex called and informed me that the Master Mechanic had determined that the entire rear end needed to be replaced all under warranty with no cost to me. For me there is no where else to take my car for service and routine maintenance. I could tell you about the fiasco of a dealership in Jim Brown where similar things always happened but I won’t. I’ll just tell you to avoid them like the plague. If you want to be treated fairly, honestly, and with great customer service ask for Alex and be treated the right way. More
