I paid 895.00 which is listed on my car finance paperwork (that I signed off on with Mike ) as a MD STATE INSP fee aka reconditioning fee to fix what was wrong with vehicle, and you all sold me a car that Should NOT have passed inspection!!! You even had it for 2 days to fix and still didn’t!! Sham!!! God knows what else was pushed through inspection besides the windshield!!! I called and emailed the salesman about getting my satisfaction survey and never got a response. Completely took advantage of a female car buyer!! I assume I don’t get calls about the survey because it will effect the bonus at the end of the month, just another scam. I spoke to Chevrolet HQ and they said I am entitled to my survey from the dealer which I never got because you all know it’s going to be scathing. I want my survey. I’m not calling that place. You all know who I am and have my contact information. You can call me. To date, despite your desperate and very public attempt to seem sympathetic and apologetic, NO ONE has returned a single call or email to me about my survey and complaint. Not one! You all are nothing but a complete SCAM from start to finish. Next stop is to contact the MSP get the report number for my complaint and call the FTC to file an official complaint and prompt and investigation with the State and Chevrolet. Review readers: Worst Dealership ever!!!!! DO NOT EVER BUY FROM HERE!!! Plenty of other options in the area!
