My advisor was very efficient and made the visit as comfortable as possible. However, after I arrived home, I noticed that a auto safety kit that I have kept in my trunk for over 30 years was missing. comfortable as possible. However, after I arrived home, I noticed that a auto safety kit that I have kept in my trunk for over 30 years was missing. This is a small bag that resembles a small gym bag. It is beige in color with a dark trim and has a zipper down the middle. This safety kit is over 30 years old and contains jumper cables, flares and emergency tools for the car. I'm not sure what happened to it as no one drives the car but me and no one at the dealership had any need to look into the trunk. The bag was inside a black organizer in the trunk area. I also was dismayed by the fact that there was a strong smell of urine coming out of my air vent whenever the air conditioning is turned on. This was not happening prior to me coming to the dealership. I knew it was time to change the cabin air filter, however it wasn't smelling like this before coming in for service. These are things that would detract me from coming back to this dealership. More
