★★★★★ Dina Bartolomeo is the best in the Corvette - Shiv

★★★★★ Dina Bartolomeo is the best in the Corvette business I recently brought my new Corvette Z06 to Criswell Chevrolet for an alignment and several dealer-installed options. Dina Bartolomeo, the Performance Service Manager, handled all of it and took great care of me and the car from start to finish. She made everything easy, got the work done right, and clearly cares about her customers and their cars. After more than 26 years at Criswell, she knows these cars inside and out, and it shows. If Mike Furman is the best Corvette salesman in the world, Dina is probably the best Corvette service manager in the world. Criswell is lucky to have both. If you own a Corvette, or any Chevy, ask for Dina. Thank you, Dina, and thanks to the whole Criswell service team! --Shiv

The dealership is good. - ghford001

The dealership is good. However, they did not have the Traverse High Country in stock, and did not know when they would have them. So, I got another version of Traverse instead.... minus features I really wanted. So, I am likely to get the version I wanted within a year or two.

I was surprised to visit this dealership and find that the Church family was gone. I had dealt with them for over 15 years. I was also pleased with the new staff . Tevan Hawkins was courteous and professional while I was purchasing a vehicle from Preston’s.He answered all my questions cand his demonstration of the Cruze I was buying was thorough. It feels good to know that I still have this dealership to come to. Thank you Tevan.

Extremely disappointing experience. - oaa202

Extremely disappointing experience. Abel from the service department repeatedly told me they were still waiting on parts for my infotainment system and grille, but no one ever contacted me after the parts arrived. I was later told the parts had been returned, yet when I called the parts department, I was informed they had only been sent back the day after I called. The conflicting information and lack of communication wasted weeks of my time. Now the dealership is closing, my repairs were never completed, and I have to start the entire warranty process all over again at another dealership. Very frustrating experience and poor customer service.

We drove two hours to see a 2023 Colorado Z71 after - sadietrich77

We drove two hours to see a 2023 Colorado Z71 after discussing pricing with a salesperson who initially implied there was some room to negotiate. We communicated with a salesperson via text to ask questions and discuss pricing. Responses were slow and often required multiple follow-ups on our part. Five minutes before we were about to leave for our appointment, we were told the truck wasn't available because it had been loaned out, forcing us to change our plans and return the next day. When we arrived, the truck had nearly 2,000 more miles than advertised and was being used as a shop/loaner vehicle, putting it outside the factory warranty. Despite all of this, there was no willingness to negotiate, and management didn't even come out to speak with us. The entire experience felt like a waste of time. Fortunately, we found a newer truck with fewer miles elsewhere less than a week later. Would not recommend.
