Good car horrible service Great car, but subpar service. Let me start by saying that I love my vehicle. I purchased a 2016 Toyota Prius with literally all of the features that I wanted in a car. The problem arose when I attempted to gain information on "fees" that I was charged by the dealership. Make a long story short, I called the dealership trying to obtain a breakdown on the fees that I was charged and I was met with so much resistance. It was honestly a negative vibe at one point. The salesman assured me that certain fees were eliminated for my transaction. All I was trying to was find out what fees were eliminated and what fees were charged. After communicating with the sales person again, I decided to ask for a manager. And this is where things get really awkward....there seemed to be a communication breakdown between me and the manager, but I was never disrespectful in the conversation. I was talking very calm, and just trying to honestly get down to the bottom of the situation. After the manager tells me that is it company policy not to disclose the fee information, he says to me "I'm trying to be polite about this". This is where I was completely blown away and felt disrespected. If I am being a calm customer with legitimate questions, why would you be anything other than polite to me? Why would you have to "TRY" to be polite. I have been in customer service for close to 20 years and been doing tech support for almost 10 years. Telling a customer that you are "trying to be polite" should be unacceptable under any circumstances. Another thing that really upset me when speaking with the manager is that he kept saying to me "You signed the contract!", as if I was asking him to make changes to the contract. Once again, kind of disrespectful, because I am asking for a breakdown of pricing, not a change or amendment. There is no need to keep reminding me that I signed a contract, when all I am doing is asking for a breakdown of each item that I paid for. Imagine going to the supermarket and getting receipt that just had the total......and then the cashier getting mad at you because you are asking for information on how much you were charged for each item. There were other issues dealing with this location as well. When I originally went to the dealership, I was quoted $1500 for a trade in, but on purchase day, the salesman tried to change it to $1200. They gave me the original $1500 after I said no to the deal. Also, I was told over the phone that my interest rate was 4.5%. However, when I received my paperwork, I had an interest rate of 5.45%. When I asked about this change, I was told that the 4.5% must have been an estimation, because only the finance department can give an actual quote. I will admit, at the end of the conversation, the manager agreed to disclose the fees that I was charged, but that still does not change my perception of this location. I hope the management can use this as a learning experience. Never use phrases like "I am trying to be polite" with a person that is spending there hard earned money with your location. Using phrases like that is completely disrespectful, and goes against offering quality customer service. More
Lies too much! And treats you like you’re an idiot that doesn’t do any research before buying. Horrible customer service. Better of talking to someone else. doesn’t do any research before buying. Horrible customer service. Better of talking to someone else. More
Buyer Beware, internet request for pricing $17203, price after tax tags etc, $20800. Tax 17203 x 6% = $1033 dealer claims $1157. Tags/transfer $757 Total $1759. When I asked about the difference of $18 after tax tags etc, $20800. Tax 17203 x 6% = $1033 dealer claims $1157. Tags/transfer $757 Total $1759. When I asked about the difference of $1838 I was told it was delivery and destination fees. Then the sales manager says that price was only for Maryland Residents. Why did Jerry’s Toyota email me with that price when you have to put your zip code in to get the quote? Watch your money if your going to deal with these folks. More

This was a great experience from taking test drive, looking over entire car without interruptions, getting answers to my questions from Mr. Stuart Weinstein, to making a deal and getting a fair payment looking over entire car without interruptions, getting answers to my questions from Mr. Stuart Weinstein, to making a deal and getting a fair payment plan. Never again will I use Jerry's. I called and made an appointment for a leak that I've had for awhile now. They told me they'd call in the leak doctor and to have my car there by 9:30am today. I get ther appointment for a leak that I've had for awhile now. They told me they'd call in the leak doctor and to have my car there by 9:30am today. I get there and they say well we don't know if we can get the leak doctor in today... It was supposed to be done two days ago. They couldn't get them to come in. They return my truck, send me home, and suggest I try Safelite. I called the manager and she said what do want me to do about it?.... I was floored... No compassion or admitting they didn't schedule the appointment correctly, just an oh well. My partner had to miss work for this to take me there. I give them a solid 0/10 for today... More
So I purchased a used Toyota Tundra from Jerry's Toyota on Bel Air Rd. Baltimore I knew I should have backed out when the finance guy caught a serious attitude when I refused the extended warranty he offer on Bel Air Rd. Baltimore I knew I should have backed out when the finance guy caught a serious attitude when I refused the extended warranty he offered. His attitude was so appalling I had to leave his office for the salesman (Marc) to bring me the final paperwork to complete. Well before I completed the sale. I inspected the vehicle and realized there were no floor mats and the vehicle came with one key/remote. Marc promised to order new Toyota Tundra floor mats for me and gave me some universal floor mats pending the arrival of the one he ordered. He also promised me a second set of key/remote and advised they only made them on Thursdays and told me to come by the next Thursday for they key/remote and mat around 1pm. I went on Thursday about 1250pm and was informed the key guy came early and left so to come back the following Thursday. Marc also said the mats had been ordered and should be ready by the time I came for the key. Well everything got shut down due to COVID 19 so I decided to wait until things became normal. After a few weeks I called to inquire about the mat and key/remote only to be informed by another salesman named Stewart that Marc had been laid-off due to the Covid 19 and because I did not have anything in writing he would contact Marc and for me to call back. I called a few days later and Mr. Stewart stated he still could not contact Marc and that he had left the state. Stewart continued by saying I could not be helped because I did not have anything in writing. I asked if they had anything in their system to that effect and he said he sees I was given a set of mats. I asked how it showed I was given a mat but not showing I was owed a key/remote and all he said was I can't help you but you can talk to a manager but he is not here. Go figure. I just want to warn all future customers of Jerry's to be careful. I know when you buy a used vehicle the dealer is not obligated to give you 2 keys or mats but when you promise the customer keys and a mat it becomes part of the deal and I believe that promise should fulfill. I thought buying a used vehicle from a reputable dealer like Jerry's would have been better but I guess all used vehicle dealers are the same their aim is to make a sale by any means necessary. They sweet talk you and make any promise they can for you to buy the vehicle but once the sale is done you are on your own. More
