recently purchased a new Toyota Tundra from Jerry’s. Within the first couple of days I realized the muffler was rubbing against the mud flap and melted it. I immediately contacted the Jon and brought in Within the first couple of days I realized the muffler was rubbing against the mud flap and melted it. I immediately contacted the Jon and brought in as soon as possible. We recognized that the muffler was disconnected from a rubber holder which was too hot to deal with that night. He agreed to order a mud flap and have the service dept reconnect the muffler when the mud flap arrived. Today was that appointment, about 3 weeks from the sale. When returning the vehicle the service department mentioned the exhaust pipe was bent. I asked that it be fixed. That caused about a lot of discussion between Jon, manager, and service department. The end result is they assumed I dented the tail pipe and refused to fix it. Now maybe I should have caught it the day I drove off the lot, but I didn’t. As soon as I noticed it, I contacted them. The night I met with the Jon, I should have insisted a manager agree to fix what ever was going on. It is my opinion they should fix the tail pipe. The end result is Jerry’s nor Jon will get any of my business going forward. More
HORRIBLE experience, In July when i inquired about a 2017 Toyota Tundra i was told it was "Certified Used" now I'm told it is not Certified at all. Then i was told the front and rear brakes and rotors were r Toyota Tundra i was told it was "Certified Used" now I'm told it is not Certified at all. Then i was told the front and rear brakes and rotors were replaced now I'm told the rotors were only resurfaced. Well the Manager Mike heard a noise from my braking the night at 10:30pm i drove off the lot with my Tundra. Called and told me to bring my car in to look at the brakes, I've been busy so its been a month and half and about 2,500 miles since i bought it and the braking noise is so loud. I'm being told the rear brakes need "Shims" new "Performance brake pads" Matt said he would pay for the Shims and a total of $200.00 which is great but then they said i need to pay to resurface the rotors, why?! they were just done a month and half ago... or were they??? They said it has hot spots and rust on rotors - This does not happen within a month and a half 2,500 miles. They then said i approved charges which i never did. I approved brake pads at INTERNAL cost which i was told was going to be below $75.00. I get a phone call saying that my truck is ready and told i owe $110.00 i asked why and was told the tech REFUSED to do any work on the truck unless they resurface the rotors - I told them 3 times not to resurface the rotors. Well i sat with Neil after arguing over the price and stating i never got a call about the final cost which was suppose to be under $75.00 I'm now told its $80.00.... Soo then he finally gives me the brakes for $63.00 Internal cost... Now i have a truck the rotors were resurfaced 2 times in a matter of a month and half, meaning next brake job i am going to need to put rotors on the car.. Which is NOT OKAY WITH ME when i said NOT to do something 3 times then try to charge me for it!!!! Heather reached out to me and kept saying i authorized repairs, but there is not authorized for resurface of rotors only internal cost of brake pads - BEWARE of this dealership. I know other dealerships wouldn't go against a customer request when they say NOT TO DO SOMETHING!!! More

They told me I had to have a service contract and Gap for my loan to approve it. after I bought the car the loan company said they never said that. Matt is useless and Tommy Thomas is a joke! I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. More
Bad From The Beginning Our first experience with Jerry's Toyota in Parkville was on Monday, July 20th. Epic FAIL! From the salesperson to the finance guy we left Jerry's fee Our first experience with Jerry's Toyota in Parkville was on Monday, July 20th. Epic FAIL! From the salesperson to the finance guy we left Jerry's feeling violated and taken advantage of. 1. Conditions of the vehicle I test drove was poor (BBQ sauce spilled in the cupholder) 2. Walked in the heat (high 90s) to find a car as opposed to finding what we needed in the office and going directly to that vehicle once we settled on that vehicle. It was extremely HOT! 3. "High mileage" on a car that was supposed to be brand new (over 50/200 miles) 4. Interest rates were different from what was originally told to us from the salesperson - the disappointing part here was that the salesperson was thrown under the bus by saying "she should not have told us about specific interest rates." - Ms. Priscilla has been in the business for 30 years. She confirmed an interest rate that your website advertised. Yet she was thrown under the bus by telling us she quoted us the wrong APR. 5. Felt taken advantage of and disrespected - the interest rate was higher and the payment we were looking for was higher than what we wanted to spend and that was WITHOUT GAP. When the finance guy came back with the number with GAP the price of the car was significantly lower than what was previously quoted. How is that so? He tried to raise the APR on the back end where we would not see it didn't realize we would catch it. My wife knows how to read and calculate basic math. - my wife was "chastised" about not test driving the vehicle before choosing the vehicle ***what he was not privy to was that another vehicle was test driven but we had concerns (see #1 and #3) so was wanted to go with another vehicle - made comments about the number of vehicles we own **what bearing did that have on us purchasing another vehicle. It was clear to see that with an 825 credit score late payments were not a factor. Overall, the lack of respect and the slick car salesman persona, that customers are leery of, made for a terrible customer service experience. One should never be talked to in such a condescending manner and be expected to still purchase a vehicle. So we didn't. We left! The time that was put in by Ms. Priscilla was an absolute waste. I felt bad for her because this is her livelihood. However, bad customer service will never make any customer eager to purchase a vehicle. If one part of the experience is bad it has a direct impact on the overall experience. This is especially true when you are looking at making a purchase of at least $20,000. We also thought it was very shady that the GM only decided to honor the same arrangement the following day after Ms. Priscilla pleaded with him. Should it really have taken all of that????? I will and would never buy a vehicle from Jerry's nor would I recommend anybody to do so either. If you are flexible with your car buying options I WOULD recommend you go to see either Rich or Sam Gibson over at Thompson Hyundai in Dundalk, MD. More

Good car horrible service Great car, but subpar service. Let me start by saying that I love my vehicle. I purchased a 2016 Toyota Prius with literally all of the features tha Great car, but subpar service. Let me start by saying that I love my vehicle. I purchased a 2016 Toyota Prius with literally all of the features that I wanted in a car. The problem arose when I attempted to gain information on "fees" that I was charged by the dealership. Make a long story short, I called the dealership trying to obtain a breakdown on the fees that I was charged and I was met with so much resistance. It was honestly a negative vibe at one point. The salesman assured me that certain fees were eliminated for my transaction. All I was trying to was find out what fees were eliminated and what fees were charged. After communicating with the sales person again, I decided to ask for a manager. And this is where things get really awkward....there seemed to be a communication breakdown between me and the manager, but I was never disrespectful in the conversation. I was talking very calm, and just trying to honestly get down to the bottom of the situation. After the manager tells me that is it company policy not to disclose the fee information, he says to me "I'm trying to be polite about this". This is where I was completely blown away and felt disrespected. If I am being a calm customer with legitimate questions, why would you be anything other than polite to me? Why would you have to "TRY" to be polite. I have been in customer service for close to 20 years and been doing tech support for almost 10 years. Telling a customer that you are "trying to be polite" should be unacceptable under any circumstances. Another thing that really upset me when speaking with the manager is that he kept saying to me "You signed the contract!", as if I was asking him to make changes to the contract. Once again, kind of disrespectful, because I am asking for a breakdown of pricing, not a change or amendment. There is no need to keep reminding me that I signed a contract, when all I am doing is asking for a breakdown of each item that I paid for. Imagine going to the supermarket and getting receipt that just had the total......and then the cashier getting mad at you because you are asking for information on how much you were charged for each item. There were other issues dealing with this location as well. When I originally went to the dealership, I was quoted $1500 for a trade in, but on purchase day, the salesman tried to change it to $1200. They gave me the original $1500 after I said no to the deal. Also, I was told over the phone that my interest rate was 4.5%. However, when I received my paperwork, I had an interest rate of 5.45%. When I asked about this change, I was told that the 4.5% must have been an estimation, because only the finance department can give an actual quote. I will admit, at the end of the conversation, the manager agreed to disclose the fees that I was charged, but that still does not change my perception of this location. I hope the management can use this as a learning experience. Never use phrases like "I am trying to be polite" with a person that is spending there hard earned money with your location. Using phrases like that is completely disrespectful, and goes against offering quality customer service. More

Buyer Beware, internet request for pricing $17203, price after tax tags etc, $20800. Tax 17203 x 6% = $1033 dealer claims $1157. Tags/transfer $757 Total $1759. When I asked about the difference of $18 after tax tags etc, $20800. Tax 17203 x 6% = $1033 dealer claims $1157. Tags/transfer $757 Total $1759. When I asked about the difference of $1838 I was told it was delivery and destination fees. Then the sales manager says that price was only for Maryland Residents. Why did Jerry’s Toyota email me with that price when you have to put your zip code in to get the quote? Watch your money if your going to deal with these folks. More
