I was a 1st time customer and the customer service is something to be improved. Also the lack of communication with status of the vehicle was terrible. Customer service interface (Daniel) was good. Daniel was responsive and kept us informed of what was going on and their recommended fix. Transportation to/from house while car in repair shop was Daniel was responsive and kept us informed of what was going on and their recommended fix. Transportation to/from house while car in repair shop was excellent. Service department did not fix the issue. Their fix was not the problem. We were stranded again, the next morning, and their recommendation was to pay them to tow the car in and have them try to find the problem again. Felt that they should have towed the car in at their expense. Was concerned using them again seeing that we would continue to pay for them to try and find the problem with guess solutions. Understand that every solution is not a slam dunk, but the dealership needs to share some of the expense when their solution is not correct, and the problem continues after the car leaves the repair shop. It sends the signal that profit more important than customer service. More

I brought the car in because my check engine light came on. Unfortunately, the cost of repair far exceeds (by a factor of 10) the value of the car. Sergio said the car will keep charging until such time as on. Unfortunately, the cost of repair far exceeds (by a factor of 10) the value of the car. Sergio said the car will keep charging until such time as the charging mechanism fails completely. I guess that's the drawback to having a 12 year old car. :( More
