First of all it is very difficult to use this site to review. Had to reset a password since I didn't know the last one I used on this site. To recap previous review: Service is slow and hard to get info about when you can pick up the car. Ridiculously expensive. Parts are hard to come by and often out of common parts you should have. Service techs don't investigate a fix enough and just tell the rep it's not reparable without new parts which cost a ton. I didn't wait assuming it would take twice as long as what is quoted--my previous experience. Your charging to use a credit card absolutely sucks! More
