I live in Santa Monica and I was stranded in the palm springs area with a overheating vehicle. My trusty 2006 gmc sierra finally let me down after 129,000 miles with almost no repairs needed. I was fortunate to be directed to Jessup by a helpful AAA tow truck driver and that is where Scott came in to my rescue. Scott was very helpful from the moment he answered the phone and continued from start to finish to amaze me with his great customer service. I am not usually one to complain or compliment someone but I really feel that Scott went way beyond the normal call of duty and he deserves to be recognized. I have a close friend in palm springs and I think I will come out and visit when my car needs regular maintenance as Jessup will have my business from now on. Once again I have wasted my time at Jessup Auto for service to my 2010 Malibu. I was there for over 1 hour and 45 min for an OIL CHANGE.
