Poor service I took my 2011 Buick Enclave in to have the front struts replaced. At the completion of the installation, my windshield was cracked at the cowl and t I took my 2011 Buick Enclave in to have the front struts replaced. At the completion of the installation, my windshield was cracked at the cowl and the service agent (John) acknowledged the crack and told me he would notify me when the replacement windshield would be in stock,.Two days later I received a call from John telling me the windshield was in and he set me up an appointment the following Monday. When I arrived on Monday (after rescheduling our day) I was informed that the windshield had in fact not been ordered and the agent (Lisa, subbing for John who was off) ) would have to speak to the service manager. After several minutes I was informed that the Manager was not available at the moment. Lisa told me she would follow up and I should hear something in a few days. A wasted afternoon and no resolution. More

I believe a car and car brand are only as good as the service provided by the dealership and their service center. Veteran's Day Save My Marine son was home for Veteran's Day and we were going out to eat when the car's battery was dead on a 2015 car. Jessup said to bring the car right down and they would fix it right away. Not only did they fix it immediately, but they did the service recommended for the car, washed it and gave it back with NO CHARGE!! Now that's a GREAT dealer to have for your car.
