Penny was outstanding at getting the ball rolling on my sale. She knew what I wanted and answered every question I had. I never felt pressured to buy anything and they made all the numbers as transparent as possible. When the day came to pick up my car, I rode the train into town and Penny was there to pick me up. Furthermore, she extended her help and guidance past the sale for me to reach out anytime I would have questions.
