I have to say that it was a pleasurable experience working with Adam. He is very personable, knowledgeable and not pushy. He listened to my concerns and questions. I looked at a few vehicles at different dealers and it took me a couple weeks to make a decision. Adam was very considerate and always answered my emails promptly with a personal response not some template. When we came in to pick up our car it was ready and waiting inside, which was very considerate due to the weather. We completed our paperwork in a timely manner and were on our way.
