Regrettable Initially, my review praised jidd motors with excellence. An in accurate statement to say the least. I was promised 20 days to be able to come back an Initially, my review praised jidd motors with excellence. An in accurate statement to say the least. I was promised 20 days to be able to come back and provide a different loan source. They told me this with my brother and father present, when I reminded them of their promise they claimed to have never said it. Regardless, I didn't take more than 2 days to try and change my loan but the process was impossible. To make a long story short, I couldn't get a hold of anyone and would never receive a follow up call after I would try to contact them multiple times. After giving me the run-around long enough, I just decided to leave it as it was and refinance. I will say however, Bashaar was the sales man we worked with and he would make himself available when no one else would. Im not changing his review rating. And last of all, thank you to the manager with whom I last spoke to for your words of wisdom. "Next time get it in writing." Please don't bother contacting me or leaving a response seeking clarification. I already spoke with the manager in each department when all this happened. I'm not looking for anything but to make correction to an inaccurate review I had previously left. More
