Everything was great except for one small thing. when I went to pick up my vehicle, I had to carry out my car seat and a bunch of other stuff I had from the rental to my vehicle. it would have been when I went to pick up my vehicle, I had to carry out my car seat and a bunch of other stuff I had from the rental to my vehicle. it would have been nice if I had assistance with that. Also, the I wouldn't recommend going through the "free car wash" they provide especially if you have a bigger vehicle. the people that work at the wash are rude and the car wash itself is so tiny and doesn't wash anything off the car. Overall everyone at Jim Butler was a pleasure working with especially Amanda at the rental department. More
