Was SHOCKED they got the car done a day earlier. I went the day before (around 2:30pm) to drop off the car for service and recall work to be done the next day while I was working. We got a call an h I went the day before (around 2:30pm) to drop off the car for service and recall work to be done the next day while I was working. We got a call an hour and a half later and EVERTHING had been completed and we could pick it up that day, I was very surprised. It was nice that we didn't have to take an extra vehicle to work the next day. Plus I got to sleep while my wife drove us to work the next day lol More

I scheduled an appointment, came early, and ended up waiting for 2 hours - this was only for an oil change. I was given a point person text/communication line, and when I decided to use it to ask ‘how waiting for 2 hours - this was only for an oil change. I was given a point person text/communication line, and when I decided to use it to ask ‘how long is this expected to be’ - I never received a response - this person was in the building and checked me in. When I went looking for my ‘person’ he was not at his desk, so I’m guessing he was at lunch? The whole time?? and no one else has any responsibility to pick up on customer inquiries during that?? This was poor ‘service’. There was absolutely no management of expectations for me on how long this was going to be - I did say it was my first time at this location, so that should have been a clue to anyone who might have been on point to inform me I should settle in and take a long nap or something. Also when you give a contact number to a client so they can connect with any questions, someone should actually be on the other end to do that when a question arises. As far as the oil change goes, hopefully that was done to satisfaction - all I know in that situation is I had a little sticker on my window when I rolled in with 2 green x’s for tires and battery and 1 yellow x for brakes,… when I left there was a new sticker with only 2 green x’s only this time for tires and Brakes - So I’m not certain what’s up with that… was my battery not checked? Did this visit produce a better brake situation by some miracle? (or were the brakes in good shape at the previous oil change and that tech got it wrong??) When there is literally NO Communication about such things it leaves the customer to wonder. The 3 rating is generous - please review this with your staff. Because this appointment took soooo long I wrongly assumed that my car was being cleaned too - before anyone jumps at that, this is a service that other dealerships provide to clients who use their service center, and I have personally experienced in the past, along with really good communication about issues (BMW, Mini Cooper, Toyota). I suggest someone over there get a clue about what ‘Customer SERVICE’ actually is and maybe do that. More
