I would’ve given a rating of two if it had not been for the service department. I’ve called multiple times to get my suburban in so I could get a price on what it’s worth and order a new suburban. Was absolutely disappointed with service, took 2 days longer than initially promised(even thoughthere was more than what was initially brought in for) but when picked up vehicle, was absolutely filthy an longer than initially promised(even thoughthere was more than what was initially brought in for) but when picked up vehicle, was absolutely filthy and fingerprints everywhere, there was a coupon for a drive thru car wash at local gas station stapled to invoice.
