I appreciate you getting back with me. I researched the noise now coming from my ac blower after the filter was changed and it appears that debris fell into the blower when the filter was changed. I'll need to have this removed, but do not want to pay for another service charge. Please advise. Thank you, Karla Rebello

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We apologize that your visit didn't live up to your expectations. During my investigation into your concerns I learned that your visits are from two separate issues. During your first visit we found that we needed to replaced many of your engine components. We did do a test drive of 25 miles to confirm the repair. At that time everything seemed to be working as normal. At the time of your pickup, when you started your vehicle you heard a knocking noise and your pressure was low. We feel that this issue happened because when we replaced the components of your engine we had to drain your engine of all oil. While attempting to refill your engine with oil, this has strained your oil pump due to the age of the pump itself. We apologize that this issue wasn't evaluated during your first visit and I will be sure to speak with the service manager about this.
