I had a 1pm apt for an oil change & emission test. ..3.5 hrs later, my Tahoe was done, after I saw customer after customer, who arrived after me, come and go. I have taken my care in to jim butler 2 times now to get it back and the same code that was there when they scanned it the 2nd time has not happen again. I would think they would test drive the cars and ma it back and the same code that was there when they scanned it the 2nd time has not happen again. I would think they would test drive the cars and make sure this does not happen. I would also think they would diagnose and fix what is broken correctly. This will be the 3rd time I have been out of my care in a matter for 1.5 months I can't not believe I have had so many issues . More
