Was promised by a service rep Bill that Chevy will do a good job with the vehicle prior to the appointment after warning him of my past negative experiences with the service of my vehicle. There was poor m good job with the vehicle prior to the appointment after warning him of my past negative experiences with the service of my vehicle. There was poor maintenance of the vehicle while in service, after the vehicle was picked up we noticed multiple mistakes on the service teams part. Sloppy work along with spills and messes all around the engine bay and under the vehicle as well. After spending that much time and money on the entire service I was disappointed and immediately left. Later in the day I come outside to notice oil had leaked all over my brand new driveway, once I got under the vehicle I noticed the oil filter was not properly tightened which caused the oil to leak. More
