They then wanted me to pay to do a road balance at $100.00 I said no way so they did again still not correcting the vibration. The service Mgr. agreed to do multiple test and even swap tires and wheels to see if corrects the vibration.They kept the Tahoe for "seven"days,on the 7th day I called for progress they had not even started on it,that the service Mgr. was taking it on test drive as we speak.Two hours later they called me and said they detect no vibration and that I can come pick my car up Very Upset!!!! More
