Even with an appointment for service, it took over 7 days before my car was even looked at. Then the repair estimate was almost $3,000. I then simply left the dealership and bought a new car. I went in being told I was guaranteed financing, got there and only 1 vehicle was supposedly available for me to be able to finance. They brought it out since I wanted a suv! It had paint chips and was there and only 1 vehicle was supposedly available for me to be able to finance. They brought it out since I wanted a suv! It had paint chips and was 2yrs old. This is a fresh start program. I ask for a discount because the paint chips which I was quickly denied! My only issue with the lot is this don’t advertise things that aren’t offered when the customer arrives, 2nd don’t not offer discounts for vehicles which have damages, because when trading one in all that depends upon the value of the vehicle.
