This was the worst experience with Jim Butler; we have bought and serviced our vehicles with them for several years. They have a 'give us your car and we will give it back when we get around to it poli bought and serviced our vehicles with them for several years. They have a 'give us your car and we will give it back when we get around to it policy'. They tell you up front we have NO rentals. They had my car 12 days, for a leak . They first 4 days it just sat there. Day 5 they assigned a tech. Day 6 they ordered parts and on Day 13 they fixed the car. Day 12 may have been good; the tech was off that day. By my calculations they tech only touched the car twice; once to find the issue and second to fix the issue. If you have a parts department to you have parts there? Why would they have to order parts????? We only have the one car; WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. More
