Thank you for reaching out Mrs. Waters. I do understand your frustration. I apologize that it wasn't properly communicated that your appointment time is not for service but to meet with your service advisor to create a game plan for your vehicle while it's with us, triage if you will. From there your vehicle waits in line for the next appropriate service technician. In your case we got your vehicle's oil change completed same day, however, service request's other than routine maintenance must be completed by a journeyman technician. Although our journeyman techs are about 6 days out, we were still able to prioritize your vehicle. I would like to apologize that your service advisor did not communicate with you more efficiently. We want you to know that we ate working to do better and appreciate your feed back. I have placed a 15% off coupon on your account for your future visit. We truly hope that our efforts are evident in future visits.

Waited two hours for an oil change and tire rotation, and didn’t rotate my driver side tires because lug nuts were “too tight” and then wanted $30 just to plug my tire while sapaugh did it for free More

Thank you for your feed back. We apologize that your last visit did not live up to your expectations. We understand your frustrations and we are diligently working to improve on these wait times. We are doing things such as hiring new service techs, building new service bays, revamping our scheduling procedures and incentivizing customer wait times for oil changes. I can see that you waited two hours for your oil change and was not compensated for your wait time according to your wait time incentive program. I have refunded your VISA in the amount of $27.36. Please look for a receipt in your email. Our service advisor and tech were uncomfortable rotating your tires as you had expensive aftermarket tires and lug nuts (swollen) that they did not want to be responsible for if damages. We stand behind that decision. We have also reached out to Sapaugh in regards to the tire repair and they assured us that under no circumstance would that repair a tire for free, so we are happy that they were able to get that done for you.

You guys rotated my wheels and tires last time, so them being too tight is your guys fault so it should be your responsibility for getting them off as well.

After speaking with your service advisor and your service tech it wasn't a matter of them being too tight it was a batter of your lug nuts being swollen not too tight. The technician was uncomfortable removing them without breaking them.

Well lug nuts swell from being out on too tight hence being your guys fault. At the end of the day I paid for an oil change and tire rotation and only received one of them. And if you guys can’t get them off how will I be able to if I get a flat.

We can assure you that this is the case at any GM dealer nationwide. I just spoke with the service dispatcher and we are currently 6 days out for a journeyman technician. I would like to encourage you to set up an appointment now. The national chip shortage has depleted our rental fleet and we currently have a 2 page wait list for the rental department.
