Thank you for your feedback, Cameron. We're sorry to hear that you were upset with your recent service visit. We wish we would have known in advance how long your oil change would take. Normally the wait time for an oil change and tire rotation is 90 minutes, but when working in a business such as ours wait times can vary. This is especially true during this pandemic, which has resulted in additional steps needing to be taken to ensure stations, tools and vehicles are thoroughly sanitized between each customer and employee. To comply with COVID requirements put in place on businesses, we have closed our waiting area unless there is a medical reason that customers cannot wait outside. This is based upon the capacity that we must stay below. While other dealerships may be smaller or ignoring the compliance requirements, we believe that the health and safety of our customers and team is most important. We hope this information helps and that your wait time is back to normal for your next visit!
