Chevy Bolt Display Problems I had a difficult problem. The display on my 2019 Chevrolet Bolt would intermittently fail to turn on. It would be working when at the dealer, but w I had a difficult problem. The display on my 2019 Chevrolet Bolt would intermittently fail to turn on. It would be working when at the dealer, but would fail at other times. I was able to record video of the issue, and supplied these to Bill Timmons, who worked with both the technicians at Butler, and the engineers at Chevrolet to develop a plan to address the problem. Multiple parts had to be replaced, requiring multiple visits to the dealer. Bill kept me informed about the progress of the repairs, and helped work with my schedule. I appreciated the effort to stay with this through multiple repairs. I can imagine other repair facilities giving up after the first or second attempt. More

3rd time was not a charm! This is the 3rd time I've had this truck in to repair the Infotainment system. I provided a video the last 2 times of the Infotainment system "blackin This is the 3rd time I've had this truck in to repair the Infotainment system. I provided a video the last 2 times of the Infotainment system "blacking" out during the course of normal operation. Because it would not malfunction while in their service bay, they did nothing. How about checking the wiring? I've seen on numerous sites that this problem has occurred frequently for the last 4 years. Yet no one has a resolution. This is VERY disappointing. Kim (the service writer) was very polite and understanding when I dropped it off. Both her and the staff at the cashier window were amicable. More

First Oil Change As promised the service department performed my first oil change and tire rotation free of charge.
